Introduction to Medieval Astrology, the Astrology of Kings

The Medieval era hearkened the beginning of a renaissance, a rebirth out of the Dark Ages for the West after the fall of the Roman Empire. The Medieval period saw great strides forward in science, religion, philosophy and the arts.

Astrology was considered science and therefore afforded serious consideration by the intelligentsia of the time. And because of this, it advanced and was practiced amongst the wealthy and noble families of Europe for a multitude of purposes from whether to wage war or to questions of marriage, to questions of wealth and prosperity.

Our discussion will center on the great contribution medieval astrology has given the West. Join as I unravel the wondrous secrets of medieval astrology, the astrology of Kings.
