About Core beliefs

Your current life situation is exactly what you will get if you keep on doing the same things. If you don't like your life, SOMETHING needs to be done differently. What keeps you stuck is almost always some form of what are called CORE BELIEFS or CORE PROGRAMS. These are our rules about the way life works or the value (or lack of it) that we have. We have core beliefs about whether we are loveable or not, deserve wealth or not, deserve love or not, and so on. We don't always know what our core beliefs are but we can take a good guess based on the way our life looks - if we have a good relationship, a good job, good health, then we can assume our core beliefs support those things. Any place that life is not bringing us what we want, however, is a place that core belief work can improve.

Core belief healing works by getting rid of negative beliefs or rules and replacing them with life-enhancing beliefs and rules. Life immediately changes for the better without having to learn complicated techniques or routines or new ways of acting - the new ways happen automatically!

Core Belief Healing is so important that Marelon has learned four different methods of eliminating negative core beliefs and installing positive ones. Emotional Freedom Techniques, Orion Healing and Resonance RepatterningTM™ have all contributed to her understanding of how to heal core beliefs. However Emotional Freedom Techniques (see below) is the method she favors and uses with remarkable skill, humour and compassion.
