Chart Calculation
Hand calculation of the natal chart and basic astronomy. This is a required elective for the CAAE Diploma.

Forecasting Tools and Techniques in Astrology

Anne Massey will be offering five workshops, one per month, on forecasting beginning in July. Students can register for individual workshops or the entire course. Cost $62 each workshop includes lunch; attendance limited to a maximum of 10 people; register early to ensure a seat.
- Five Sunday workshops: July 18, 2010, August 15, September 19, October 24 and November 14.
- July: Introduction to forecasting, a close look at the many tools at our disposal.
- August: Progressed Moon, progressions in relation to the natal chart, personal timing with the progressed Moon
- September: Who I am, who I am today and what is happening in my life and around me
Natal, Progressed and Transits - October: Solar Returns, Lunar and Planetary Returns, Profections
- November: Solar Arc, Tertiary and Minor progressions, planetary periods in Western Astrology
Homework will be assigned, we will use charts of famous people and may use student charts as examples. You will be provided your chart and associated secondary charts and printouts.

ISAR COUNSELLING SKILLS PROGRAM:
Please let me know if you are interested in attending the ISAR Counselling Skills program (20 hours) in Vancouver. This program is part of their certification requirements. Once a minimum of participants have registered, we will select a convenient date for all. The course will be taught by Chris McRae and Giselle Terry. Astrology. The Science. Level 1.

Runes of Odin: The Powerful Artifact for Prediction and Healing.
3 sessions, 3 hours each. Wednesdays, 6:30 – 9:30. Starts on October 13. Location Kitsilano.
Scandinavian runes first emerged in ancient times, were then forgotten and rediscovered again in the 20th century. Runes have very strong connections to natural elements and are most powerful tools for healing & prediction. In this course you will receive knowledge about 25 runes of Odin, their spiritual meaning and usefulness in different areas of life. Cost $89.00

Astrology for Your Well-Being.
4 sessions. Start on October 4. Mondays. 7:00 – 9:00 pm. $40. at Centennial Park Leisure Centre, White Rock.
This course is related to a medical aspect of astrology. You will learn about: concepts of metabolism and naturopathic treatments for different signs, correspondence between body parts and Zodiac signs, moon phases and much more.
Participants will benefit from the ability to expand their knowledge about the most balanced life style for each Zodiac sign (including diet and physical activities), and to use practical astrology in everyday life for well-being, inner harmony and longevity.
