Coined Geodetic Equivalents by Sepharial in the early 20th Century, this is a system that overlays the 360 degrees of the zodiac onto the sphere of the Earth. Using this concept, Alberta astrologer Chris McRae developed the Geodetic World Map to help pinpoint geographic locations that may resonate with recent eclipses and transits. We’ll learn how Geodetics can be used both in mundane astrology and in personal work for relocation purposes.
BIO OF TOBY ALDREN:
Toby Aldren has been serving astrology clients professionally since 1998. In 2013, he was awarded the Diploma from London’s Faculty Of Astrological Studies, recognizing first the completion of rigorous training in chart reading and forecasting, and secondly, his skills in Astro-consultancy, which are delivered in a sensitive and supportive manner. He maintains his association with the Faculty as a Distance Learning Tutor, a tutor of Online Classes, and frequently participates in their annual Summer School programs held in Oxford.
Toby has a formal background in education, working as a teacher in one form or another for his entire professional life. Toby is also a musician and has been on the faculty of Sheridan College (Oakville, Ontario) and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. For a number of years, he taught in the public school systems in Ontario and British Columbia. He now enjoys bringing his educational skillset into the world of astrology.
Toby Aldren is a member of the Astrological Association (UK) and The Faculty of Astrological Studies. As well as speaking for local astrology groups around Vancouver, he has lectured at the Canadian Astrology Conference, SOTA (State of The Art Astrology Conference) in Buffalo NY, and the UK’s Astrological Association Conference.
